Salt is one of the compulsory thing in our food but the question is that from where does this salt come from and from where it made? SALT is natural thing and it is a gift from god. it has mines in Pakistan, India and many other Asian Countries. the biggest mine in the world is in Pakistan at KHEORA near Jehlem. it is very beautiful, interesting and informational place and thousands of people go and watch this exciting place very month.

Kheora is one of the best place to visit for students and tourists.There is also a very big market place, where you can buy many types of hand made things that build from salt, Such as LAMP,VASE, FRAMES, PEN HOLDERS, and many other decoration pieces. These decoration pieces are very beautiful. In Kheora there is all facilities for tourist and there is no difficulty for them. There is a hotels, Restourents and a rest house for them and. At Kheora Mines, short bridge for crossing the river jehlam, and a visiting train for workers and tourists, make the view more pleasant. There is all around greenery and mountains. There is a ticket office from tickets are supplied to enter in the mine. Mine gate is very big an it looks very beautiful. In Kheora mine,darkness every where and you could not see anything.There are big holes which are full with water because water is used to mine the salt. At Kheora mine a mosque and a tower is built with salt and these are very wonderful.

"Every thing need improvement" therefore Kheora need more improvement and importance of government. Salt which we used is mined from kheora so the environment of the kheora need more care.

Mizar-e-Quaid Is No More Safe Now For Families

Hi all,I talk with my friends about Picnic Points In Pakistan and then suddenly we discuss on Mizar-e-Quaid, which is in Karachi. my friend Taimour told me that he saw a video on youtube.com in which Pakistani Boy do fucking to a young girl in day light and many peoples were there. but I didn't believe on him. next day, I saw that video myself on youtube.com, then I believe on it.
Oh my God, Is this is a same Pakistan? I can't believe it, this is a not the same Pakistan as earlier. Imagine in day light, this is even rare cases in America and in europe thet somebody do rape in day light.
and now Mizar-e-Pakistan, and other parks are now no more for decent families. they are now for dating purposes and something like that.
My humble request to all the decent families that please please don't go to places like that.....

Jheel Saif-ul-Maluk ....Saif Ul Maluk

Lake Saiful Muluk, which is also known as "jheel Saif-ul-Maluk" is a lake located at the northern end of the Kaghan Valley near Naran in NWFP, Pakistan. It is one of the best place in Pakistan as well as in the whole world to visit. At an altitude of 3,224 m (10,578 feet) above sea level it is amongst one of the highest lakes in the world. It is famously known as lake of Angles. Local people beleave in thestory that in night of full moon, Angles came and visit this beautiful place.

I meed with most of the people who visit this lake and they say that This is one of the best place, where he/she traveled. Some one say that This is really a heaven, and they can't even think that any thing is more beautiful then this in the whole world.

The way of this lake is also very natural, The lake is accessible by a 14 km jeep road from Naran (which is accessible by a metalled road from Mansehra via Balakot and Kaghan) during the summer months. On foot, the trek from Naran to the lake takes about 4-6 hours. The water is clear with a slight green tone. The clarity of the water comes from the multiple glaciers all around the high basin feeding the lake which provides a good scenery. Malka Parbat that is shining in the lake is the biggest source. It is speculated that an underground river empties into the lake; which is why its depth is unknown. No one know actual depth of this lake, HOW AMAZING IS THIS....:)

A fairy tale called Saiful Muluk, written by the famous sufi poet Mian Muhammad Bakhsh, is associated with the lake, which discuss a prince who fell in love with a fairy princess. The impact of the lake beauty is of such extent that people believe that fairies come down to lake in full moon.

Chicken Karahi Recipe

Ingredients
½ Kg. chicken

3-4 tomatoes –chopped ( optional)

1 onion chopped3-4 whole green chilies

¼ tsp crushed black pepper (Kali Mirch)

½ tsp. salt (according to taste)

3 tbs. oil

1 tsp garlic (Lehsan) paste

½ tsp. ginger (Adrak) paste

Instructions
Remove skin of tomatoes.In a pot add chicken, Garlic (Lehsan), Ginger (Adrak) and salt. Cover and cook on low heat till the water from the chicken have dried and chicken is half cooked.Add oil, tomato, green chili and onion. Cover and continue cooking. When the water dries and chicken is tender add the Black peppercorn (Kali Mirch), stir and remove from heat.Serve with boiled rice.

Ingredients:

1 kg Mutton/chicken

1 kg Basmati rice

100 grm YogurtSalt

1 medium onion

6 garlic, clove

1 tbs ginger paste

8 small illaichi

1 tbs gralic paste

10 clovesOil or gheeKewra

few dropsYellow food color two pinchSugar a pinch

Preparation:

First of all, Add mutton, salt and garlic, cloves in a pot with two glasses of water. If you're using chicken, you can do with only one glass of water.Cook on a low flame till the meat is tender and the water dries.
Take one medium onion. Slice it and fry it in about 45 tablespoons of oil till its light brown. Add the rest of the spices, yogurt and fry it a little.Simultaneously soak the rice in water for half an hour.Boil the rice till they're half cooked, drain the water and keep them aside.
Add the cooked meat to the sauted onions to make the masala and cook uncovered for a few minutes to evaporate excess water. When most of the water has evaporated,transfer a little rice to a pot, and on top of that add some of the meat/masala combo. Make layers of this. The way I usually do it is put half the rice in, add all the meat/masala then top that off with the rest of the rice.
Keep it covered for some time and on a low flame.Keep the pot tightly closed you're trying to steam cook the rice. When the rice is done, the biryani is ready. You can serve Beryani with salad or garlic chutney or with raita.

First of all add ginger and garlic and garlic paste, salt and water in the chicken and cook till tender. Now heat oil and add ginger and cook a little. Then add the chicken and cook adding ginger slices, salt, red chilli powder, pepper and green chillies and cook until little brown. Serve hot with corrinder leaves on top.

Dry milk powder

1 table spoonBaking Powder
half tspEgg
1 wholeOil
1 table spoonLiquid Milk
2 LitreSugar
3 serving spoon

Preparation:
Take a saucepan and put milk and sugar in it at medium heat. Take another bowl and mix all the ingredients except the milk and make small ball from the ingredients and put it in the boiling milk and keep stirring it. then After half an hour the dish will be ready. If you want put almond and pista for decuration. Now the dish is ready for serve.

Kashmiri Chai Recipy...Green Tea / Subz Chai / Gulabi Chai

Ingredients

- 6 tsp. green tea leaves

- 15-20 seeds of green cardamom plus 1\2 tsp. ground cardamom

- 1\2 tsp. bicarbonate of soda

- 1\2 ltr. full cream milk

- Fresh cream ( malai)

- 6 tsp. ground pistachio

- 6 cups water- salt to taste

Preperation:

1. First Boil water.
2. Pour water in a heavy based large pan. Add tea leaves,salt, seeds of green cardamom and bicarbonate of soda.
3. Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer briskly for 45 minutes or until it reduces to 1\3 its quantity.
4. While it is still boiling pour in it about 2-3 cups of cold water or enough water to make four cups in all. Bring to boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat, strain and keep aside.
5. Boil the milk with ground cardamom over low heat. Pour prepared tea water (Qahwa) in the milk. Bring to boil, add salt and simmer for 3-5 minutes over low heat.
Remove from heat and pour into 6 cups.Pour 1 tablespoon of cream or malai. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of pistachio over it.
Flavor of the tea depends on the quality of the green tea leaves.If you like to serve it in Kashmir (B.J) style then serve it with Kulcha / Nan or Hunter beef.

2 lbs. minced beef chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. cardamom seeds, minced
Bunch fresh coriander, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. cumin, powdered
1 green pepper, chopped

Preperation:First of all, Mix all ingredients with hands or with spoon. Knead and shape into patties or into cigar shapes. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until browned at 350 degrees. Serve with tomato and lemon slices with rice or with a rice pilaf.

4 tbsp. ghee or clarified butter
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 1/2 inch piece ginger root, peeled & finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 green chilies, chopped
1 to 4 lbs. of chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. hot chili powder
2 tbsp. ground coriander
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
5/8 c. yogurt
Juice of 1 sm. lemon
2 c. long grain rice, soaked in cold water for 30 minutes & drained
1 1/2 c. boiling water

preparation:

Peparation of Pakistani Pulao is very easy and this is very tasty as well. know let us start to make this incridible great duish.

Melt ghee or butter in a large saucepan. Add the onion and fry until it is soft. Add ginger, garlic and chilies, reduce heat to low and fry for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. and then Add chicken pieces and fry them until evenly browned.

Combine remaining spices, salt, pepper, yogurt and lemon juice in a bowl. Pour mixture into pan and mix well. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is almost cooked. Uncover pan and heat to moderately high. Stir in rice and cook, stirring frequently, until most of the liquid in the pan has been absorbed. Pour in the water and cover pan. When the water begins to boil again, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender and all the liquid has been absorbed. and then Serve immediately.

The North-West Frontier Province (NWFP) The principal language is Pashto but other languages are also there such as Urdu, Saraiki, Baluchi. It is the smallest among all the four main provinces of Pakistan. The NWFP is home to the majority Pashtuns as well as other smaller ethnic groups. The province borders Afghanistan to the northwest, the Northern Areas to the northeast, Azad Kashmir to the east, Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) to the west, and Pakistani Punjab and Islamabad Capital Territory to the southeast. The FATA forms a buffer between the NWFP and Baluchistan. its provincial capital is Peshawar. The province is variously referred to as Pakhtunkhwa, which means "Pashtun Area" in Pashto, and Sarhad, meaning "Frontier", in Urdu.

The density of population is 187 per km² and the intercensal change of population is of about 30%. Geographically the province could be divided into two zones: the northern one extending from the ranges of the Hindu Kush to the borders of Peshawar basin; and the southern one extending from Peshawar to the Derajat basin. The northern zone is cold and snowy in winters with heavy rainfall and pleasant summers with the exception of Peshawar basin, which is hot in summer and cold in winter. It has moderate rainfall. Geography

Islamabad is the capital city of Pakistan, and covers an area of 1,165.5 km², or 350 square miles.
Islamabad was designed and built to be a modern capital for Pakistan.

It is located amongst the Margalla Hills at the northern end of Potohar Plateau. Pakistan's First capital was Karachi but it was transferred to Islamabad in 1960, on the orders of that time President General Ayub Khan.

The capital is full of natural terraces and meadows, and covers the southern plain, which is drained by the Kurang River. The Margalla Hills lie to the north east of the Islamabad.

The Northern Areas , officially referred to by the government of Pakistan as the Federally Administered Northern Areas (FANA), is the northernmost political entity within the Pakistani-controlled part of the former princely state of Jammu and Kashmir. It borders Pakistan to the west, Afghanistan to the north, China to the northeast, the Pakistani-controlled state of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) to the south, and the present-day Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir to the southeast. The Northern Areas, which became a single administrative unit in 1970, was formed from the amalgamation of the Gilgit Agency, the Baltistan district of Ladakh Wazarat, and the states of Hunza and Nagar. According to Pakistan's constitution, the Northern Areas is not part of Pakistan, and its inhabitants have never had any representation in Pakistan's parliament. To this day, the Northern Areas remains part of the Kashmir dispute and is claimed by India to be a Pakistani-occupied part of the present-day state of Jammu and Kashmir.

History of Pakistan is very Old.It is the one of the oldest in the world.It is a part of the histories of its neighbours Afghanistan, India, and Iran and of distant empire builders Greeks, Arabs, Mongols and the British. Its prehistory traces back to the earliest known human settlements in South Asia. Spanning the western expanse of the Indian subcontinent and the eastern borderlands of the Iranian plateau, the region of modern Pakistan was the birthplace of some of South Asia's major civilizations and the Indian subcontinent's gateway to the Middle East and Central Asia.

The earliest archaeological site in Pakistan is the palaeolithic hominid site in the Soan River valley. Situated on the first coastal migration route of Homo sapiens out of Africa, its Arabian sea facing Makran region was inhabited early by modern humans. Village life in South Asia began with Pakistan's neolithic site of Mehrgarh, while the first urban civilization of the region began as the Indus Valley Civilization, with major sites at Mohenjo Daro, Texila and Harappa in Pakistan.
The Indus Valley Civilization collapsed in the middle of the second millennium BCE and was followed by the Vedic Civilization, which extended over much of the Indo-Gangetic plains. Successive empires and kingdoms ruled the region from the Achaemenid Persian empire around 543 BCE, to Alexander the Great in 326 BCE and the Mauryan empire. The Indo-Greek Kingdom founded by Demetrius of Bactria included Gandhara and Punjab from 184 BCE, and reached its greatest extent under Menander, establishing the Greco-Buddhist period with advances in trade and culture.

In 712 CE, the Arab general Muhammad bin Qasim conquered Sindh and Multan in southern Punjab, setting the stage for several successive Muslim empires in the Indian subcontinent, including the Ghaznavid, the Ghorid, the Delhi Sultanate and the Mughal Empire.Mughal did government over all the sucontinent for more then 300 years,propabely from 1550 to 1857. The latter suffered a gradual decline in the early eighteenth century which provided opportunities for the Afghans, Balochis and Sikhs to exercise control over large areas until the British East India Company.gained ascendancy over South Asia. The Indian Rebellion of 1857 resulted in 90 years of direct British rule, laid the foundations for the freedom struggle led by the Indian National Congress, and the All India Muslim League. which was latter founded in 1906 to protect Muslim interests and rose to popularity in the late 1930s amid fears of neglect and under-representation of Muslims in politics. On 29 December 1930, the poet Allama Muhammad Iqbal called for an autonomous "state in northwestern India for Indian Muslims". Muhammad Ali Jinnah espoused the Two Nation Theory and led the Muslim League to adopt the Lahore Resolution of 1940, demanding the formation of an independent Pakistan.

The Partition of India resulted in communal riots across India and Pakistan . as millions of Muslims moved to Pakistan and millions of Hindus and Sikhs moved to India. Disputes arose over several princely states including Jammu and Kashmir whose ruler had acceded to India following an invasion by Pashtun tribesmen, leading to the First Kashmir War in 1948 which ended with India occupying roughly two-third of the state. A republic was declared in 1956 but was stalled by a coup d'etat by Ayub Khan in 1958–69, who ruled during a period of internal instability and a second war with India in 1965. which Pakistanis win by a large margion and clean sweep India in the bettle field.Economic and political dissent in East Pakistan led to violent political repression and tensions escalating into civil war followed by the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971 and ultimately the secession of East Pakistan as the independent state of Bangladesh. Civilian rule resumed from 1972 to 1977 under Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, who was the founder of Pakistan Peoles party, untill he was deposed by General Zia-ul-Haq, who became the country's third military president. Pakistan's secular policies were replaced by the Islamic Shariah legal code, which increased religious influences on the civil service and the military. With the death of General Zia in a plane crash in 1988, Benazir Bhutto, daughter of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, was elected as the first female Prime Minister of Pakistan. Over the next decade, sh as well as the First women Prime Minister of Any Islamic Country. alternated power with Nawaz Sharif, as the country's political and economic situation worsened. Military tensions in the Kargil conflict with India were followed by a Pakistani military coup d'état in 1999 in which General Pervez Musharraf assumed executive powers,who was the another Military dictator. In 2001, Musharraf named himself President after the forced resignation of Rafiq Tarar. After the 2002 parliamentary elections, Musharraf transferred some powers to newly elected Prime Minister Zafarullah Khan Jamali, who was succeeded in the 2004 Prime-Ministerial election by Shaukat Aziz, followed by a temporary period in office by Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain. On November 15, 2007 the National Assembly completed its term and a caretaker government was appointed with the former Chairman of the Senate, Muhammad Mian Soomro as Prime Minister.they promised to held Elections on 8th january 2008 but the assassination of Benazir Bhutto has resulted the general elections being postponed until February 18, 2008.

POP Singing in pakistan begun when Nazia hassan,(who is not with us at this time) sang her first ever song ..that was the lovely birth of pop singing..After that alot of pakistani’s have maked singing as their Art tool to create some ground of music in pakistan .. And now when we talk about music then no Doubt we have alot of superb singers like Ali Azmat, Atif aslam, Ali zafar, Adnan sami & various others,but unfortunately most of them are attracted towards bollywood as they are getting good opportunities overthere.For Example, Atif aslam which i think was the best ever singer of pakistan is not with us now,he got good opportunities in india and just join bollywood,he doubt his crunchy voice is still amazing us and specially ‘Hum kis gali ‘ by atif aslam is simply superb .Just like him adnan sami is doing his job with some extra pace in bollywood .. but when i think that they are not singing for pakistan then i just hate them because they betrayed the country which gave them name and fame !!The Bhatts have always shown an affinity for pakistani music,but in their forthcoming film Awarapan,they are taking pakistani connection to a new level altogether.Not only has a section of the climax been secretly shot in lahore but every singer on the film’s chartbusting soundtracks,without exceptions,hails from pakistan,making it the first for main stream bollywood flick.The main vocals for the two songs ” Tou phir Aao ” and “Tera mera Rishta ” belongs to mustafa Zahid of Roxen.The other track “Maula Maula” is by Rafaqat Ali Khan while the spectacular song “Mahiya” has been rendered by 22 year old Princess Annie of Pakistan.
Roxen has been described by his fans as the next best thing after Junoon and now when they’r going to india so there must be some Pace.The future of Roxen seems to be bright as you can see alot of fans commenting on Roxen in youtube.I also love Roxen and I thing Roxen is the Best after Junoon.

Few years back a virus “Bird Flu was detected.The medical naem of Bird Flu is H5N1.This is considered as the most dangerous virus, and estimated that more then 200 people died worldwide since 2003,and still there are a lot of infections found, and is still spreading out very quickly.Where ever the virus is found all of the chickens are burned out.In Pakistan, when this virus was detected, chickens from all over the country was burned.Although this caused a lot of bussiness loss to poltry forums, but this was considered as the need of the day.It sould be noted that Pakistan was having a good export of chickens to all over the world.Although at first it was considered as a trick of lowering bussiness rate of Pakistan,but later it was proved to be not true.Government started taking steps against this virus.People who were infected by Bird Flu wer given free treatment.And emergency situation was observed for treatment of this virus.Similar was the case in India.And all over the world.A lotof money was wasted overcoming this virus.According tot hetlatest calculations of a top world bank, the global cost of a possible bird flu pandemic could be upto 2 Trillion US dollars.Infact United NAtions and World Bank supported those countries where this virus was detected.According to precise counting international donations of 2.3 billion US Dollars were given to the infected countries to prevent from thet Bird Flu threat.It sis estimated that in the next pandemic a global population of about 20% will be effected from Bird Flu.Since researches are carried out over the productivity of an antivirus for it and advancements are made in it.And more tehn 95% countries haev finished the virus but some countries are still having Bird Flu infections.And since once the virus is entrenched, eliminating it becomes tougher and is greater risk of humans contracting the infection.

First Suicider woman in Pakistan’s history!!!

Pakistan has faced a lot of suicide attacks since the tragedy of Lal Masjid.Although there were suicide attacks made before that but they were very rare, and not spreaded to Army in all over teh country,but just limited to Wana and around areas.But now a lot of suicide attacks are seen aftr Lal Masjid operation, and really people are feeling very unsecure all over the country.No one is safe,anytime any where anything could happen.A lot of people are immigrating from Pakistan due to the same reason.Recently goernment started operation against Al-Qaeda in Swat which brought a lot of resistance against government.Few days back two suicide attacks were made in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
Yesterday, the first suicide attack by a woman was made near the offices of the Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) located in Pakistan Cantonment area.She blew up herself and became th first woman suicide bomber in Pakistan’s history.She was reported as mid-30’s.The attack brought no casulaity, she was wearing blue Burqa normaly used by Afghan Women.She was some 15 meters away from Army check post located at the start of Babar Road, and ends on a heavily gaurded corps Headquarters and is close to several army installations on all sides
